Thunderbird and Minimizing to the Tray
When I migrated a person back to Windows, I noticed Thunderbird minimized to the task bar just fine. This feature remains unavailable in Linux without a kludge add-on.
This is the kind of usability nonsense that keeps people away from Linux desktops.
