Unable to Partition a Disk
I have two removable drive bays in my office computer. Handy. Except when they don’t work as expected.
Try as I might I could not partition a spare disk. A spare disk I had used only two days previous. Nothing worked and fdisk insisted the disk partitions were corrupt.
In the end I did what many experienced people do. I rebooted the computer.
Everything just worked thereafter.
